Traceability code on Nylon

Direct part laser marking is continuosly being requested to replace inject printers. Traceability on thermoplastic component cases, such as Nylon Zytel 0G/33 hgil and Nylon Zytel FE54/22 used as electric components in the car industry, are laser marked with very good contrast obtaining white or browm marking. The 2D codes generated are read very well by both bar code readers as well as the human eye as texts. The markings illustrated in the picures, for example, require a cycle time inferior to 2sec cycle.
