Traceability code on plastic

The customer needs to write different codes (barcode, datamatrix code, alphanumeric code and manufacturer Logo) on a black polypropylene material, while obtaining good read rate. These parts are assembled on an automatic line and so marking time has to be as short as possible (max. 6 sec. per piece). This kind of material reacts with a very good contrast (white color) at low frequency (8000 Hz-10000Hz) and low laser power at 1064nm wavelength. The laser marker replaces the old inkjet technology offering many advantages (permanent marking, reduced maintenance costs, cleaner environment, no paint-disposal costs).
