Restart deactivation with safety barriers
Automatic machines have moving mechanical parts, protected by fixed or removable safety barriers, that may result to be dangerous for operators. These machines require frequent maintenance and cleaning, and a safety light curtain with manual Restart is required as the operator during maintenance may be hidden and not be visible externally. To avoid a machine Restart while an operator is inside the dangerous area, the end user has requested a solution consisting in mounting horizontally the safety barriers. These barriers may have reduced resolution and must be connected in series to the Restart of the Master barrier. In this way the cycle Restart will be prevented, but the cycle will not be stopped in case of accidental material falling from the machine.
