This limit requires a good depth of field in order to guarantee a constant detection. The TL46-WLF contrast sensor is the best choice thanks to its excellent performances guaranteed by the RGB LED emission. Moreover, the difference between the values detected between the strap and the bricks guarantees the depth of field necessary to obtain a precise and constant detection. Lastly, the use of accessory lenses with different focal distances ensures great installation versatility. The detection of the object and of the background is achieved by pressing a push-button, while the presence of a display allows to correct manually the switching threshold in order to obtain a depth of field reaching 2 cm.
